It reduce pre-drying crystallization of the engergy consumption by the special exhaust design to ensure the moisture be exhausted from the low materials, so that it can direct feeding production, the energy saving than the ordinary single-screw extruder
Extruder equipped with molten metering pump quantitative output, and set up the pressure and speed closed loop auto control. PLC control system used to achieve parameter setting, data computing and back, alarm and other functions of automatic control.
