The fabric we use are 100% polyester, such as 75D,100D, 150D, 300D, knitted polyester 115-135gsm, Mesh polyester 120gsm,160gsm spun polyester, silk satin, royal satin, Oxford, nonwoven, cotton, felt etc.

We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.

1.Q: What kind of fabric do you use to make flags and banners?
A: Our flags and banners are made of high quality polyester for durability.

2.Q: What kind of shipping method do you use?
A: We will ship your order by DHL/TNT/UPS/FedEX... from China,which is reliable to reach you promptly and safely, other shipping methods are also available.

3.Q: When will I receive my custom made flags order?
A: In normal conditions, your custom made flags orders will be sent worldwide 5--10 business days from time of payment processing. For customized orders please add an additional 3-5 business days. However, the current situation in many countries may cause a delay in deliveries because of security and customs measures.

4.Q: Do you have an exchange policy of defective items?
A: Yes. Despite we check closely flags prior to shipment, if any received flag and banner present remarkable defects such as severe ink marks or misprint we will replace them for free.
