1 How much space needed for this PC hollow sheet extrusion machine line?total electricity power? water consumption? compressor air required ,etc?
The workshop width is better more than 15 to 20 meters, length better more than 50 to60 meters PC hollow sheet extrusion machine.
You need prepare 3 to 5 m3 circulation water. Whole loading power is around 260 to 300kw for one machine line. Then better keep
transfer at least 315KVA. Please prepare one air compressor around 7.5kw. If you have good working condition, also prepare one
water chiller and 5 to 10 ton crane. If you still confuse about workshop arrangement, we can help our customer make workshop
layout, which can help you make sure all of the necessaries. Whole machine line connection will be done from our side. Customer
need prepare his own electricity, circulation water, air, and some other base construction
2 How about your after service? Any representatives in our local or nearby? For example, if machine broken, or we can not get good
finished product, then what can we do?
We have more than 25 years experience for PC hollow sheet extrusion machine. We accumulate much experience both for machine
manufacturing and product making. For domestic market, it is quite easy for us to visit customer if machine has some problems. But
for international market, we start business 17 years before. It is not easy for us to handle at beginning. We will send people to
