detail of our pontoons. These are then masterfully integrated with driving motors and our proprietary chains. Notably, we boast over a decade of expertise in specialized chain production.
Material of Undercarriage Pontoons:Our pontoons are typically crafted from durable Q355B manganese steel.
Anti-corrosion Tech
Operating underwater necessitates exceptional corrosion resistance. We have enhanced our process by implementing an automatic shot blasting and de-rusting system, followed by dust-free spray paintingand high-temperature baking paint.
Adjustable Pontoon
The roller between the pontoons can be adjusted to narrow or extend the distance between them. This functionality allows the excavator to operate efficiently in narrow spaces while enhancing stability and efficiency when the distance is extended in open areas.

In-house Manufactured Chains
We ensure the highest quality by designing and producing chains in-house.
You can select either two or three chains. The three-chain option is ideal for challenging conditions, allowing the excavator to return to the maintenance room even if one chain breaks.

Track Cleats
Through press molding, our cleats, made from 700MC, Q960, or other materials, exhibit high intensity and strong bending resistance. Polymer and aluminum alloy options are also available.
