The Curtis 840/841 gauges are stable, multifunctional electric vehicle gauges that can indicate various system parameters, such as battery charge status, runtime and maintenance status. Ideal for material handling vehicles, order picking forklifts, and other equipment requiring serial serial signals to display data.Void of moving parts, this combination instrument is exceptionally reliable even in severe operating environments.
The Instrument cluster is ideal for use in material handling vehicles such as pallet trucks, walkies, stackers and order pickers as well as other equipment with a need to display battery state of charge, operating hours and controller fault codes.

Being a communication device, Model 840 will operate with user intervention based on signals received from a Curtis motor controller. Upon initial power-up, the instrument will go through a self-diagnostic routine in which all display elements will be illuminated for 1 second and then blanked for 1 second.The LCD will then display "all asterisks" until the firstmessage is received. The information on the display will then be controlled by the Curtis motor controller
