This 3d wood carving cnc router is euqipped with a 9.6kw air cooling spindle form Italy, and a 9 pieces verttical drilling machine from China. So have a widely used in furniture prodution.

CNC Router machine adopts 12 position carousel tool changer, can change the tools within fiver second, whcih can improve work efficiency greatly. Machine will comes with ISO 30 Tool holders.
Motor and driver use Japan servo motor and driver, with high-performance and high precision. Servo motor runs smoothly, no vibration phenomenon even in the low speed. it has a strong ability of overload.

Machine controller adopts latest version Syntec 60W-E controller. The 60W-E control system is an upgrade from Syntec 6MA/6MB. It support 3 axis, 3 axis+drilling, 4 axis, 5 axis. You can set the toolpath by software(Vcarve, Alphacam, ArtCAM, Powermill,...), and copy it to U-disk, then insert to the USB interface of controller, the cutting toolpath will show on the control panel.

Active safety system
Machine will stop working immediately when person touch active safety system. Providing external emergency stop function for equipment users, can effectively protect the personal safety of the equipment users, meet the European safety CE standards
