Product Description The graphite crucible is a bowl-shaped ceramic with a deep bottom, made by incorporating varying percentages of silicon carbide particles into graphite through isostatic compaction technology. Available with silicon carbide contents of 50%, 24%, and other proportions, it represents a new generation of silicon carbide-enhanced graphite crucibles. Constructed from high-grade refractory materials and formulated specifically for various applications, our crucibles include specialized versions for melting copper, aluminum, zinc oxide, zinc, and tin.
The main raw materials of our graphite crucible are graphite and silicon carbide. The raw materials of graphite and silicon carbide are purchased from domestic sources, mainly large-scale flake graphite purchased from Lanzhou, which has good thermal conductivity and stable quality.
