mechanical automation. It consists of roll unfolding, paper cutting,
counting, conveying, paper horizon tal output, paper opening,
positioning packaging, packaging paper positioning spraying,
packaging paper finishing and disch harging, continuous production,
a complete set of automatic, high-speed, high-precision production equipment.
--Cover a small area, only 6.5 meters X6.5 meters of plant area can be installed.
--It realizes the world's most advanced double-cyclotron synchronous shearing with high production speed, long blade life, clean cut and dimension accuracy up to international standards (international standard dimension accuracy (+0.2mm)
--With double cyclotron helical cutter shaft, synchronous shearing is achieved with fixed ransmission ratio and low power consumption. Only 1/3-1/4 of the traditional cutting method.
--Adopt the best bearing imported from Germany and Habasit conveyor belt imported from Switzerland. Ensure that the equipment is durable and the product quality is in the lead.
