Structural characteristics

The machine can realize the milling,drilling, boring, reaming and tapping processes. The machine increases a plurality of milling head device can automatically finish milling through all the needle groove manual tool changing.
Y axis, Z axis guide rail adopts slide quenched and plastic, good rigidity, stable and reliable.
X axis, Y axis, Z axis adopts Germany 1+F high precision ball screw
Spindle components: spindle is made of alloy steel. Group main shaft bearing and screw support bearings are imported bearing (NSK).
The tool clamping and loosening: spindle with automatic broach mechanism.
The control system of the machine tool used in Japan FANUC company products, with independent electrical box and the installation of air-conditioning equipment.
Machine adopts wet processing, with independent water tank. Chip machine for automatic spiral chip chip.
