Product Description
The noodle intelligent automatic producing line includes automatic powder supply, automatic liquid supply, high-speed water powder mixing, compound calendering, bionic kneading, nine continuous calendering, automatic cutting & loading, intelligent drying, packaging (paper packaging, plastic packaging, multi-scale bundling) and robot intelligent palletizing.
We provide customers with the whole process of turnkey engineering from plant layout design, production prediction, product structure adjustment, equipment selection and after-sales maintenance.
The whole section of main engine adopts integrated electrical control system : Each single machine has its own servo motor and servo driver, and it can be controlled independently.
The whole line has master control PLC, which can be controlled online. With internet interface, data can be read directly through PC, desktop computer, notebook computer, tablet computer and mobile phone.

Pre-sales service: With project planning department, the technical personnel will match the request of pre-sales customer's factory layout designing, pre-production forecast, product structure planning, equipment selection and other services. There are three major marketing areas in the east, central and western regions. One-on-one service needs of a customer.

After-sales service can provide on-site equipment installation guidance, free training for users to operate equipment and maintenance. HICOCA has set up a professional team of service engineers to solve all kinds of problems raised by users through remote operation, telephone communication, video connection, live connection, on-site service, etc., and provide customers with accurate service by establishing customer files to solve customers' worries.

HICOCA launched the after-sales spare ponentes store strategy, according to the return visit at regular intervals, we will record the problems raised by customers and form a benign communication mechanism, so we can suggest solutions immediately to client's problems.
