Blood tubular centrifuge: This tubular centrifuge is the improved one on the base of the original separator and through experiment again and again, it can be extensively used in separating blood plasma and cell of people, pig, cow, sheep and chicken etc. This centrifuge with high the features of its high yield and the rate of broken blood cell can be reduced to the lowest extent, the contact part with the blood is made of stainless steel which can meet the requitments of GMP in medicine making industry.

It can be widely used for plasma power(additive of drink and food) thrombin(biochemical mixture), albumin, immunoglobulin, red cell powder(additive of drink and food) SOD(biochemical mixture, cosmetic), hemachrome(biochemical mixture) additive of paint and so on.

This centrifuge separator consists of machine body, driving part, bowl, liquid collecting pan and liquid-in bearing set etc. when works, the material is sprayed onto the bowl from the inlet on the bottom and strong centrifuge force is formed when the bowl rotates with the material and that makes the material flow upper along the wall of the bowl and then separated because of the different gravity by the centrifuge force.

We have two different modes of Tubular Centrifuge, one is Two-phase solid-liquid separation, the other is Three-phase solid-liquid-liquid separation, which can be selected according to your material characteristics and separation requirements. GQ Model-Two Phase: Used to separate various suspensions that are difficult to separate. Especially suitable for solid-liquid separation with low concentration, high viscosity, small solid particles, and small solid-liquid gravity difference. For example, clarification of various mixed solutions, coal tar, graphite residue removal, protein, algal zone, pectin extraction; molasses refining; blood separation, paint, dye, resin, rubber solution purification, separation and clarification of plant extracts. GF Model-Three Phase: Used for separation of various kinds of emulsions, especially for liquid-liquid separation with little difference in weight between two phases and liquid-liquid-solid separation containing a small amount of impurities. For example, transformer oil, turbine oil, lubricating oil, fuel oil, dye, grease, saponification. separation of plasma from animal blood, purification of edible oil, soaking solution, soybean phospholipid concentrate, oil-water separation and sewage treatment, etc.
