Centered quail eggs from the precooking area are evenly heated, ensuring rapid and thorough cooking.The boiled quail eggs enter the cooling tank, where they are swiftly cooled by ice water and transported to the crusher.
Quail egg shell break process is designed to facilitate easier peeling in the next step. When used with the quail egg peeler, the shells are uniformly broken, enhancing efficiency and reducing the damage rate.
