1.Heavy chain plate conveyor
Heavy chain plate conveyor is a kind of continuous material conveying machinery, in this process, heavy chain plate conveyor undertake the garbage loaded by clamps or loaders, and transported the household garbage evenly to the next process, suitable for loose, blocky and large quantity feeding process in household waste sorting line, and can transport large materials,can work reliably in high temperature and high humidity harsh environment, It is especially suitable for transporting large, high temperature and sharp materials, and can work reliably in open air and wet and harsh environments.2.Rotary screen
In this process, the roller screen equipment is set up two stages of screen holes before and after, and the diameter of the first stage screen hole is 20mm. The fine particles such as gravel, broken brick and humus are screened out and collected by the discharge belt conveyor under the fine screen at the bottom for further processing. In the second stage, the diameter of the screen hole is 40mm, and the 20mm-40mm material in the domestic waste is mostly degradable organic matter, which is collected by the coarse material discharge belt conveyor at the bottom and then further processed. The material on the screen is ≥80mm, mostly combustible materials such as plastic, paper, bamboo and wood, which are transported to the air separator for further screening processing through the conveyor belt at the end of the drum screen.
3.Magnetic separator
Domestic waste contains a certain amount of ferromagnetic metal, the size and total amount of metal materials is small, so it can be selected through the effect of magnetic force, the selected adsorption on the outer surface of the magnetic separator discharge tape, with the movement of the discharge belt into the aggregate box, recycling and sale.4.Winnower
The equipment is mainly screened ≥80mm material on the screen (mainly plastic, paper, bamboo, convenient bags, etc.), to distinguish light materials and heavy materials. The equipment is mainly composed of skeleton, warehouse plate, bottom plate, screen, leg and so on. And equipped with 2 set 18.5KW high power centrifugal fans, installation of dispersion device.
