Main Structure
The FRT-4032B series machine tools are mobile worktable structures, mainly composed of worktable, bed, sliding seat, column crossbeam,ram,hydraulic system lubrication system,pneumatic system, cooling filtration system, chip removal device, fixed operatiorpanel, and electronic control system.
Ram & Spindle
lt adopts the best rectangular ratio copper-containing casting structure, cooperates with Japan Hamada gear and diameter 100mm ball bearing, and has high-precision and silent processing; the long sleeve type spindle (300mm) directly goes into the interior of the cavity for intensive repair.
Door Beam
The "door" type integrated casting design, distribution of well-word grid ribs, high-quality Mehanna standard cast iron, two electric furnace aging and two vibration aging, to ensure long-term non-deformation of seismic resistance; increase the step rail span than the peers to ensure processing stability.
Base
The finite element analysis design of the overall ship structure.the double wall and ribs integrated into one, to ensure the most stable heavy-duty seismic foundation. Adopting more specifications of the screw and line rail than the peer to ensure the high rigidity of the machine and the accuracy of the whole machine; the integrated built-in oil-water separation and chip evacuation structure ensures the machine is environmentally friendly and saves money!
