We produce about 40 sets of grooving machine monthly. In this large production volume, therefore enable us to be a price-effective in manufactory cost level. | THE STURCTURE CHARACTER |
| This machine uses the gantry-travelling structure assembled with machine base, beam, knife rest,CNC system,air pressure feeding system, compressed air blowing system etc.. Both of the base and beam are made of the box type structure. The optimized design of finite element ensures no gaps between the boards. The finished product has the characteristic of well rigid, high accuracy and long service life. The forward-backward knife rest (Y1 shaft) movement, up-down knife rest (Z shaft) movement, forward-backward end pressure (Y2 shaft) movement are controlled by CNC system, AC servo motor, ball screw drive. It has the advantages of high control accuracy, positioning precision. The left-right beam (X shaft) movement driven by AC frequency conversion speed regulating motor, helical gear, rack pair drive. It has the characteristics of high speed, strong lad capacity. By air pressure feeding system, according to different thickness of workpiece surface and adaptive feed side pressure, on board the pollution and effectively guarantee of environment and temperature, is one of the effective measures to ensure the machining accuracy and repeatability and accuracy. Compressed air blowing material and cooling system, which cannot only prevent the cutting scrap scratch the surface the surface of the workpiece, but also improve the service life of cutting tools by the tool cooling. Increased in the pressure feeding system at the same side of the machine to blowing system, ensure the waste collection greatly. |

| Two kinds of blade can be chose: High-Speed Steel Tool (White Steel) and Hard Alloy Cutter. For grooving Stainless Steel, we recommend KORLOY alloy blade TT9080 from Korea, which is manufactured with high abrasion resistance material, specialized for processing high temperature alloy and cast iron processing. About five dollars per piece, the conservative estimation life is 3,000,000-4,000,0000mm, more depend on the operator. With the air cooling, the life of the blade is much longer. |

CNC control system has 3 axis, 3 axis is AC servo motor drive, high in control precision. Has 3-10 cutting structure, greatly improve the cutting working efficiency, and also can promote the cutting quality. Use ball-screw and line guide, gear and rack transmission to enhance the machine durability and precision. The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.01MM. |
