Belt conveyor

Choose from both light and heavy-duty types of belt conveyors. Each option includes a dependable gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material loss. For enhanced efficiency, you can opt to install a metal detector on the belt conveyor.
Shredder For sizable raw materials like large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material, our robust shredder performs initial grinding flawlessly. Post this preliminary crushing, materials are moved to a secondary crusher for further refinement, achieving final material sizes under 12mm. This optimizes cleanliness and efficiency. YILI offers a diverse series of shredders tailored to different capacities and functionalities to cater to varied customer needs.
Crusher
Our crusher is engineered to reduce material size efficiently while incorporating water for cleaning and blade cooling during processing. It transforms large materials into smaller pieces, significantly boosting washing results and simplifying final product packaging.
Frication Washer The frication washer is a marvel of design, spinning at high speeds with water to effectively eliminate contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-wash, materials are directed to the floating tank for enhanced cleaning.
Floating tank
In this module, sediment and metals are meticulously separated from the material. Each washing wheel is intricately designed to meet specific washing functions, with inverter-controlled speed. A magnetic valve at the bottom discharges dirt efficiently as per settings, all made from premium stainless steel.
Centrifugal Dryer The horizontal centrifugal dryer offers superior performance and energy efficiency when drying plastic flakes. Its grid mesh is self-cleaning, with a timer setting that facilitates both washing and drying of materials seamlessly.
Hot air pipeline heating
Crafted from stainless steel, the pipeline directs hot air to further dry materials, effectively reducing moisture content for optimal recycling outcomes.
