CK61100E/125E series of large CNC lathes have semi-closed-loop control functions,the load-bearing capacity is up to 6000kes, it is suitable for machining shafts sleeves and disks parts or various shapes. such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces.end surfaces grooving, chamfering, and threading.
Main structural features:
1.Bed: integral box-shaped structure. using high-standard cast iron (HT300) by one-time molding casting, guideway width is 755mm.
2. Headstock: The gears are quenched by high-frequency hardening and precision ground, with high precision, smooth operation, and low noise. The Spindle diameter is large, 5upported by precision heavy-load bearings for three-point support, and the rotation is stable. t can perform heavy cutting and finish cutting and achieve step-less speed change and constant line speed cutting.
3. Feeding: axis-X and Z adopt precision grinding grade ball screw, and each motion parts are automatically lubricated by a centralized intermittent lubrication system. which guarantees high processing accuracy positioning accuracy and accuracy retention. 100-6000 specifications are driven by the Ac servo motor installed on the left side of the box through a high-precision planetary reducer, and the above 6000 specifications are fed by the rack and pinion,it has high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
