Iron Core: The core, constructed from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, represents a new generation of iron cores. The full oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section design, ensuring uniformity across the iron yoke and the core itself, enhancing efficiency and performance.
Winding: Our windings utilize corrugated oil passages and a no immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt for stability. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps for precise voltage adjustments, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This allows for seamless changes to the tap voltage post power supply interruption.
Safety Protection Device: Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with safety features like a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user requirements, enhancing safety and operational integrity.
