The world-class high rigidity overall design servo turret. Equipped with a high-precision clutch to ensure its positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. Use the servo motor to drive the cutter head to rotate for two-way or any nearby tool selection, use the hydraulic principle to loosen and clamp the clutch, and cooperate with the proximity switch to feedback the clutch action signal to quickly and accurately achieve the tool change action.
The machine tool is equipped with THK linear guide rails and ball screws. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screws can ensure the best accuracy and durability. The amount of position will be the lowest, greatly improving the machining accuracy.
