This Inclined Screen Solid Liquid Separator consists of a motor, frame, screening mechanism, screw conveyor mechanism, screw extrusion mechanism, etc. It is mainly used for livestock and poultry manure treatment.
The structural principle of the solid-liquid separation joint: the manure produced in the breeding farm is concentrated into the sewage collection tank through pipelines. The sewage collection tank is equipped with a paddle mixer. After the materials are fully mixed, they are pumped to the separator material screening machine through a cutting sewage pump and vibrated. The machine filters out most of the feces and sewage through the inclined screen, and the remaining residue falls into the lower auger, and is pushed by the auger into the extruder of the machine. Through the principle of screw extrusion, the moisture in the material is forced to be extruded by itself. The mesh screen is squeezed out under the action, and the treated feces is eliminated.
