MW1380 X2000 Large cylindrical grinder
MW1380 cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding the outer circular surface of cylindrical or conical rotary work pieces. It is used in the situation of single piece and small batch production. The longitudinal movement of the machine tool worktable can be driven either by hydraulic stepless transmission or by manual transmission. The lateral feed of the grinding wheel frame can be fed automatically by hydraulic pressure and fast forward and backward, and both thick and thin feed can be realized by hand wheel. The sand wheel frame and the guide rail of the worktable are lubricated by static pressure. The work piece, grinding wheel, hydraulic pump and cooling pump are respectively driven by independent motors. The moving parts of the machine tool have electrical, hydraulic and mechanical interlocking mechanisms, and the operation is safe and reliable.
