1.Environment Protect
The ground vibration is 25% lower than old model air jet loom by high strength frame structure.Because of high quality pneumatic components and the perfect combination of new type of machine structure,the electronic power consumption reduced about 10% than other air jet loom
2.High strength frame structure
Frame structure is made of two-side box type gear box, beam and bracket in middle, which can produce excellent product even for producing heavy or high density fabrics.
3.New cloth-pressing roller lifter
When guiding cloth, double cloth-pressing roller lifter can lift up and down roller at the same time; and then guide cloth through aperture with batching roller with saving much of labor and time. moreover, its very secure.
4.New double rear beam configuration
Depending on swing frame ,it can add one fixed beam that can rotate with yarn; it can keep press angle of inducing beam for yarn. meanwhile, it makes inducing stress more precise.
