Machine Introduction :
1,BCK-520 CNC lathe is a double coordinate two-axis linkage, servo turret semi-closed loop control CNC lathe. The main machine adopts the overall flat bed, twice tempered treatment, high precision roller linear guide and ball screw drive. Good dynamic characteristics, high precision and high rigidity. Protection adopts fully enclosed protection, independent chip collection water tank, good chip discharge performance.

1)Integrated and modular design of machine, electric and hydraulic, reasonable layout, compact structure, pleasant operation and convenient maintenance.
2)Pre-loaded, high-precision roller linear guides and ball screws for fast speed and high machining accuracy.
3)The spindle uses a sleeve spindle for high precision, rigidity and long life.
4)Automatic centralised lubrication device with adequate and reliable lubrication and automatic control of lubrication cycles.
5)The new generation control system is fully functional and reliable.
6)The new generation of high performance AC servo motors and drives are used for fast movement, high positioning accuracy and stable and reliable performance.
7)Equipped with 11-15KW spindle servo motor, with a wide range of variable speed, infinitely variable and constant linear speed cutting.
9)The 8" hollow hydraulic power chuck, with an optional 10", is convenient and reliable for loading and unloading during operation and reduces the operator's labour intensity.
10)The cooling system uses high head, high flow and high power pumps to get a strong cutting cleaning and cooling effect.
11)Chain sheet chip conveyor (optional), with rear-mounted water tank structure, with the body of the machine with the choice of separation, to avoid the deformation of the body of the machine due to chip tapes. The rear-mounted automatic chip conveyor makes it easier for the customer to arrange the machine as a whole. It is also possible to combine several units with a chip conveyor.
