Product Description
The cement production line is a production line construction project composed of a series of supporting equipment for the production of
cement. It is mainly composed of crushing, homogenizing, raw material preparing, drying, preheating decomposition, clinker firing,
cooling, grinding, packaging, conveying, environmental protection dust collection and other equipment. Turui company provides

Process Flow Description Cement production uses limestone and clay as the main raw materials, which are crushed, batched, and grinded
into raw material by raw mill, and then fed into cement rotary kiln for calcination to become clinker, and then add appropriate amount of
gypsum to the clinker, add some mixed materials or additives, and grind it into cement by cement ball mill, and then transported out
of the factory by a packaging machine or a bulk machine.

At present, cement plants usually adopt the dry process cement production process, which dry and grind raw materials into raw
materials at the same time and feed them into a dry rotary kiln for calcining become clinker. The main advantage of dry production
is the low heat consumption.
1.Crushing and pre homogenization (1) Crushing: in the process of cement production, most raw materials need to be crushed, such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal.
Limestone is a raw material with large amount of cement production. After mining, the particle size is large and the hardness is high.

uniform particle size as much as possible, so as to reduce the load of grinding equipment and improve the output of grinding machine.

be reduced, the raw meal with uniform composition can be prepared, and the accuracy of batching can be improved.

(2) Raw material pre homogenization: raw material pre homogenization is that when materials are stacked, the incoming raw
materials are continuously stacked by the stacker into as many material layers parallel to each other, overlapping up and down and
of the same thickness as possible. When taking materials, cut all material layers at the same time as far as possible in the direction
perpendicular to the material layer, and cut them in turn until they are taken, i.e. "tile and straight take". Make the raw material storage
yard have the functions of storage and homogenization at the same time.

2. Preheating and pre decomposition The preheating and partial decomposition of the raw material are completed by the preheater instead of
some functions of the rotary kiln, so as to shorten the length of returning to the kiln, and make the gas
material heat exchange process in the accumulated state in the kiln move to the suspended state
in the preheater, so that the raw material can be fully mixed with the hot gas discharged from the kiln,
increase the gas material contact area, fast heat transfer speed and high heat exchange efficiency,
The purpose of improving the production efficiency of the kiln system and reducing the heat
consumption of clinker burning is achieved.
3. Cement packaging After the outbound cement is unloaded by the unloading device at the bottom of the warehouse, it is
sent to the cement packaging workshop and cement bulk warehouse by belt conveyor, bucket elevator
and air conveying chute. The cement is packaged by an eight nozzle rotary packaging machine.
The packaged bagged cement is sent to the finished bagged cement warehouse for storage through
the bag unloading and conveying system, and can also be loaded and shipped directly.
The cement bulk warehouse is equipped with cement truck bulk facilities for truck bulk.
