Main parts as follow

Anti-skid platform	The plaform is made of Q235B which is 17% harder and stronger than the ordinary steel, so its service life could be up to 50 years.
PLC system	PLC will program as per customer's needs and memorize the instructions you insert before. In this way, you don't need to input the instructions repeatedly.
Limit switch	Limit switch is a kind of industrial control component. When the platform touch the limit switch which is installed on post, it will stop in its max height. When the limit switch installed under the platform touch the ground, it will stop immediately in its min height.
Digital panel	Each digital panel has emergency stop button and floor buttons. When you want to arrive at a certain floor, just press the certain button. And the screen will show the action of the machine.
Interlocking system	Under the control of interlocking system, the door would be locked when the lift is working. And the doorwould be open only when the power cut off.
Mesh Enclosure	The whole machine is fully covered by mesh enclosure. It could prevent people from injuring by the dropped goods.

	Laser Cutting Machine Make the parts more precise and the surface smooth and fine. Lay a good foundation for the following steps.
	Shot blasting facility Put the lifter into the shot blasting facility, and many mini steel balls would be shot to the surface. Make the surface smooth and easy to be painting.
	Powder Coating Spray the dry powder on the surface of lifter, then put the lifter into the high-temperature facility which is up to 200 degree. In this way, the painting is endurable and the surface is rust-proof.
