The role of Hardener: 1. Enhance the hardness of the paint surface: Automobile curing agents can introduce cross-linking substances to form a closer molecular chain structure between resin molecules, thereby improving the strength and hardness of the paint surface and enhancing the wear resistance and scratch resistance of the car surface.
2. Promote the curing of the paint surface: After the curing agent is mixed with the paint components, it not only promotes the drying and hardening of the paint surface, but also triggers a chemical reaction to produce new substances and structures, thereby making the coating form a more stable protective film.
3. Improve coating quality: High-quality curing agents can fully react to give the car surface a rich color and high-gloss effect, and at the same time can effectively resist external factors such as ultraviolet rays and acid rain.
