Rubber Film Cooling Machine is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.
Rubber Film Cooling Machine is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.
Features:
Rubber Film Cooling Machine consists of take-off, print, slitting, transportation, immersing insulation, lifting, sheet cooling fan with low power, low noise, high wind pressure and large capacity. This machine adopts PLC auto control system and measures with electric balance. It has two kinds of installation, floor type and high-frame type, for the user to choose.
