1. Mechanical part: The cross beam and the side beam are all cast as a whole. The cross beam is 7.5 meters long with a cross-sectional size of 600X700. The cross beam cover is a windproof organ cover. The side beam is 4.5 meters long. All beams are designed with wide oil grooves. The main engine is raised and lowered with four solid chrome-plated guide columns with a diameter of 140mm wrapped by wear-resistant guide bushes of ductile cast iron. The four guide columns are all oil-immersed lubricated, so waterproof, dust-proof and durable. The upper and lower connecting plates are integrally cast. The whole machine adopts anti-rust screws. The main shaft box adopts one-stage gear speed change. The bearing adopts heavy-duty tapered roller bearing and heavy-duty cylindrical roller bearing. The side beam transmission adopts screw nut transmission, and the position of the transmission beam motor reducer adopts waterproof offset setting.
2. Electrical part: floor electric control cabinet, PLC computer operating system, LCD touch screen (7-inch) with Chinese, English and Russian operation interface, wireless remote control, German frequency converter, Taiwan MEAN WELL switch and power supply, Zhejiang Delixi Air switch , Germany Siemens switch button, Japan OMRON relay and encoder, Korea LG contactor and thermal overload , customized highly water-proof limit switch, Nanping Sun brand cable, main motor 45KW-6P Xiamen Eagle, total power 55KW.
3. Hydraulic part: double hydraulic lift of main engine, Taiwan 7 0CEAN solenoid valve, double-layer thickened high-pressure oil pipe.
4. The diameter of the spindle is 100MM.The diameter of the blade holder is 300MM.The diameter of the blade is 650MM. 17 pieces of blades can be hung.
