Product Description
Product Description
Raycus Medium Powered Fiber Delivered Direct Diode Lasers
The fiber output semiconductor laser is a semiconductor laser module that improves the beam quality of the laser emitted by the pump source through a special optical system, and couples the laser into the fiber for transmission by focusing after satisfying the conditions of the fiber coupling.
Fiber output semiconductor lasers have many incomparable advantages: (1) High electrical-optical conversion efficiency (over 50%); (2) Long working life (over 100,000 hours); (3) Direct electrical modulation is possible; (4) Easy to integrate, small in size and compact in structure; (5) Lower cost.
Through heat conduction welding, the laser melts the plates along the track to connected, so that the joints of the two thin plates are melted and bonded, and the welded seam is formed after cooling. Thermal conduction welding is similar to spot welding, but the laser beam is moved after the weld pool is formed.
Compared with traditional welding, laser heat conduction welding not only reduces material deformation, but also is a faster welding method. Plus, it achieves smooth, non-porous welds without any post-processing.

Application
Raycus RFL-C1000H RFL-C1500H RFL-C2000H
Raycus single module cntinuous lasers RFL-C 1000H, RFL-C1500H RFL-C2000H are mainly used for laser welding. It can weld metal sheet, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, Aluminum alloy and so on.
Depending on the power of the laser, different thicknesses can be welded. The greater the power of the laser, the thicker the welding thickness.
Therefore, the laser source plays a central role in the entire fiber laser welding machine.

FAQ
Q: What are the applications of a fiber laser generator?
A: Fiber laser generators are used in a wide range of applications, including welding, cutting, marking, engraving, drilling, and 3D printing. They are also used in medical and scientific research, as well as in aerospace applications.
Q: What factors should I consider when choosing a fiber laser generator?
A: When choosing a fiber laser generator, you should consider factors such as power output, beam quality, wavelength, pulse duration, and cooling requirements. You should also consider the specific application for which the generator will be used and any necessary safety features.
Q: How do I maintain and repair a fiber laser generator?
A: Fiber laser generators require regular maintenance and occasional repairs to ensure optimal performance. Maintenance tasks may include cleaning the optics, replacing the laser diode, or checking the cooling system. Repairs may involve replacing damaged or worn components, such as the laser head or power supply. It is important to follow the manufacturer's guidelines for maintenance and repair to ensure safe and effective operation of the generator.
Q: How do I ensure safety when using a fiber laser generator?
A: Safety should always be a top priority when using a fiber laser generator. You should wear appropriate protective gear, such as safety glasses, and follow all safety procedures outlined by the manufacturer. You should also be aware of potential hazards, such as electrical shock or fire, and take appropriate precautions to minimize risk. Finally, you should ensure that the generator is properly installed and maintained to minimize the risk of accidents or equipment failure.
