(1) Lower start up wind speed
Pitch controlled wind turbine blades have the best start up angle, can be started up with low wind speed. Best wind power availability when the wind speed is lower then rated wind speed.
(2) Stable running when wind speed is higher than rated wind speed
When then wind speed is higher than rated wind speed, secondary regulation starts up to make sure system have a stable output power.
Lower start up wind speed, then increase the rotating speed, then have a stable output power with a higher wind speed to make sure there is a 30% more electricity output.

This product is a integrated machine including on-grid controller and inverter. It adopts conversion technology. Comparing with the normal dimension, it is reduced by 50%.

Except the controller and inverter 's function, it also include additional functions, such as remote monitor, brake, data record and so on.
(3) No dump load
We develop a special conversion technology according to our pitch controlled wind turbine, and we get rid of the dump load to make system more safety and reliable.

(1) Exactly regulation
Information input source of pitch controlled mechanism is wind rotor rotating speed. System regulation is more stable, reliable and quick response and so on.

3. 2 Dual protection system
(1) Double degree pitch controlled technology
Wind turbine adopts pitch controlled regulation, more easier to start up and increase rotating speed with smaller wind speed; below rated wind speed, system have a higher efficiency with best TSR; Over rated wind speed, rotating speed is never over speed with minus blade angle.
(2) ASP System (Automatic safety protection system)
ASP system, our patent product is unique protection system in China. It can control the wind turbine to run or stop by testing the environment wind speed and system working voltage. When the environment wind speed or system voltage is over the set value, it will shut up the wind turbine. When the wind speed is lower than 25m/s(adjustable available), it will release the brake system, wind turbine restart to work. ASP makes nobody guard come true
4. Low running noise
Because of the outstanding permanent magnet generating technology and good blade aerodynamic characteristics, the noise level of the wind turbine has been greatly reduced, the level is no more than 65dB.
5.Easily construction and installation

6. Convenient maintaince
6.1 Remote monitoring and control service is available, you can learn real-time running status of the wind turbine and read the output power data effectively. The remote monitoring APP for mobile phone can be available soon.
6.2 The design of the hydraulic tower is advantageous to the regular maintenance work for the wind turbine.
6.3 Our ASP automatic safety protection system can realize "nobody on duty" that greatly reduce the workload and cost of the maintance. For convenience,the user can also switch the "Manual brake" or "Auto brake" button in the control box when maintance needed.
