Cylindrical Straight Spindle: Equipped with P4 ultra-precision angular roller bearings, this machine boasts low noise, vibration-free operation, and substantial torque, even during high-speed rotation. Ideal for heavy cutting and diverse forming grinding applications.
Automatic Lubrication System: Our machine incorporates a state-of-the-art circulating automatic lubrication system. Upon spindle activation, lubricating oil circulates instantly, ensuring forced lubrication for each screw and slide. This significantly reduces slide wear. An oil mirror above the column provides real-time lubrication monitoring.
