Features:
1. The temperature of positive and negative pressure is low, and the discoloration of the membrane is small. The negative pressure machine uses high temperature heating and baking, and the discoloration of the membrane is serious.
2. There is basically no pull angle on the four corners of the workpiece made by positive and negative pressure. It uses a silicone plate to press the membrane down, so there is no such thing as a pull angle. If the temperature, the distance between the pendants, and the suction speed of the negative pressure machine are too large, pull angles will be formed, which is time-consuming and laborious to handle, troublesome, and easy to produce scrap.
3. The workpiece made by positive and negative pressure has a small degree of deformation. The positive and negative pressure itself relies on pressure to press the workpiece down to make it flat. In addition, the temperature is low, so the probability of deformation is even lower.
4. Positive and negative pressure are three kinds of pressure to press the membrane, and the probability of the membrane opening is very low. The negative pressure machine has only one kind of negative pressure to absorb the membrane. If the temperature and polishing are not good, the edge will be opened.
5. The amount of positive and negative pressure glue is much less than that of the negative pressure machine. As long as there is a little glue, it can be adhered.
