Longitudinal seam and circumferential seam grinding lathe grinding machine
Working principle:
1. A specialized equipment developed with grinding wheels and abrasive belts as grinding tools, targeting domestic nuclear reactors and similar high-pressure heavy-duty containers, combined with the characteristics of new high-efficiency and strong abrasive belts and high-speed grinding wheels. It is an ideal equipment for polishing heavy-duty boilers, stainless steel containers, and similar large and medium-sized tank bodies.
2. Applied to the grinding and polishing of the longitudinal and circumferential weld reinforcement on the outer surface of the cylinder, the grinding and polishing of the welding layer on the inner wall of the cylinder, and the longitudinal circumferential root cleaning of the cylinder, such as: (1) grinding of the longitudinal and circumferential weld reinforcement inside and outside the tank; (3) grinding of the stainless steel welding layer inside the tank; (4) Grinding of welding layers on the inner surface of various heads and grinding of welding edges and grooves
Working principle:
1.
