Product Description
CH-100 Powder Mixing Machine Powder mixer is a mixer which is used to mix various dry powder and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. It has the advantages of simple structure, taking up little space, easy operation, beautiful appearance and convenient cleaning. Parts in contact with materials are stainless steel, which conforms to CGMP.
Work principle: The mixer is equipped with a motor and a speed reducer on the side. The motor drives the speed reducer by the belt. Then the speed reducer drives the main shaft to rotate the paddles, making the materials keep rolling in the hopper and be mixed evenly.
Main structure: Cleaning & Maintenance:
1. Daily cleaningJog the button "Discharge" to turn the hopper. Then, clean the hopper and the paddles with dry soft cloth and alcohol.
