Full filling avoids the bottle distorted after cooling and reduces dissolved oxygen at the maximum duct storage hopper and feed system adopts reasonable product feed design(constant flow,constant pressure,no foaming).product hopper with reasonable structure(exhaust,fully close,temperature can be detected).medium and high speed line adopts product distributor instead of large liquid carousel,which can be cleaned completely by pressure cleaning with CIP.sanitary filling valve system umbrella-flow type structure,high speed.perfect hot filling temperature control duct recycle tank system with automatic product feed startup.perfect CIP system.

Washing Part:The bottle enters into the rinsing part of three-in-one machine through air conveyor. The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down with 180 degree and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again

Capping Part Rotative capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads. The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam.
	Air Conveyor.Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316. Rack made by high quality carbon steel welded.
