This manual machine can manufacture single 9" hollow blocks, narrow channels, and paving stones, among other options.
Designed for versatility, this stand-type, high-density hand-operated block making machine can be easily transported to any working site. It allows you to cast blocks on wooden or steel pallets, which are inserted on both sides.
Featuring a top pressing ram operated by a toggle mechanism, this machine ensures efficient block production. The bottom plate is vibrated using either a lightweight vibrating motor or a diesel engine-powered eccentric vibrator.
With a simple press of the operating lever, the mould releases the blocks onto the pallet. The blocks, along with the pallet, can then be manually removed and kept for wet drying.
This machine is capable of producing interlocking pavement blocks in various shapes and colors, allowing for endless design possibilities.
