Working Principle Of The Production Line
1. Using the natural mechanic’s principle of water tossing and scouring, the vegetables are not damaged during the whole washing process, to achieve the purpose of an industrialized standardized process of cleaning vegetables.
2. It’s used for material cleaning, impurity removal and drainage, which can thoroughly remove light or small heavy impurities such as sand, dust, and pebbles in the material, and at the same time effectively sterilize and remove pesticide residues in the material.
3. The inlet and both sides of the tank are equipped with spray pipes, which are supplied by high-pressure water pumps, under the action of the spray pipes, the water in the tank is in swirling materials are rotated and advanced by the water flow to complete the cleaning.
4. The material is conveyed by vibration and drained, and the water flows through the orifice of the vibrating screen and flows into the bottom water tank to complete the circulation of the entire water circuit.
Features Of The Production Line
1. The whole machine is made of high-strength SUS304 stainless steel.
2. The chassis of the machine adopts an overall frame structure, and the frame body is made of high-quality stainless steel round tubes, which integrates mechanics and aesthetics.
3. The suspended double-row spray system will form a high-density spray belt, and the food will be circulated and cleaned by the water in the tank and then transported to the vibrating screen, at this time, the bottom vibrates and the top is sprayed, so the food is cleaned and processed clearly.
4. The quick-release vibrating screen is convenient to replace the screen of different apertures and is suitable for cleaning and filtering of different materials.
5. The front of the vibrating screen is equipped with a double-amplitude vibration spring, and the rear is equipped with a single-amplitude vibration spring, this mechanical configuration fully ensures that the cleaned materials are exported smoothly and cleanly, and the rated limit allows more water to return to the tank to continue to circulate.
6. Through the frequency conversion control system, the upper drum can adopt different rotation speeds according to different vegetable materials, effectively filter out impurities, insect eggs, and haianandmall floating objects, and overflow the foam accumulated due to vegetable acid and vegetable juice.
7. The nylon isolation protection plate of the lower drum and the drum is precisely mechanically coordinated, during the water circulation process, the vegetable foam, fine impurities, insect eggs, and hair are completely isolated to ensure that the purified water is precipitated and circulated in the tank.
8. The dynamic adjustment of the water flow nozzle system can adjust the direction and size of the water flow at any time to meet the cleaning requirements of various types of materials.
9. The hidden wiring method and integrated electronic control system ensure stable and reliable operation of the machine.
10. The overflow update system integrates the functions of a flooding transition tank, automatic overflow, maintaining water level, updating water source, and discharging wastewater, to keep the water circulation in the tank consistent and clean, and environmentally friendly.
11. The spiral mixed water flow washes the vegetable material, prolongs the cleaning path, and, saves the water source.
12. The material flows out with water to reduce mechanical damage.
13. The bottom of the tank is provided with a conical sand settling bottom to separate mud, sand, and impurities in the water flow, which is convenient for centralized storage and discharge.
14. The sewage outlet adopts 360-degree horizontal rotation, which is suitable for different workshop design requirements.
15. The bottom is equipped with a feet to adjust the level of the device up and down.
