Grain silos(also called grain storage bins, grain bins) are the steel silos with a cone bottom.Assembly galvanized grain steel silos are erected on the supporting structure to make the delicate products unloading easily through gravity. Grain silos have a smooth wall hopper transition with no steps or flanges to offer the cleanest product discharge from the silo. The stored products inside the silo are isolated from the ground, thereby preventing humidity and allowing the interconnection of silos through tapes, facilitating perfect extraction or dosage.

Main Structure
1. Silo Roof
Grain storage silo roof is to ventilate, protect from rain and wind, and resist wind and snow. The angle of the silo roof is mainly 25° and 30°, and the angle of the silo roof can be customized according to different needs. The silo roof cover is generally made of 1.0 thick galvanized sheet.Our company's cover plate has better sealing and compression resistance. The silo roof cover is equipped with manholes, natural ventilation windows and induced draft fan ports, which can meet the requirements of different functions.
2. Silo Body
The assembled steel plate silo is made of high quality hot-dip galvanized steel plate pressed into wavy shape byspecial equipment and made into standard connecting hole, which is connected by high strength bolt. The thickness distribution of silo plate is set according to strength theory, so that the pressure of silo plate is uniform and consistent.
