Concise production process
Raw material(consist of PVC powder, CaCO3,chemical additive,etc)→ Mixed by heat/cooling mixer→Automatic spring up loader(to spring up mixed material to silo)→Conical twin-screw extruder(material conveyed to extruder by automatic feeder device from silo)→Calibration Platform(to make surface of board to be smooth and slick)→Cooling Bracket(to cool down board)→Haul Off system→Side Trimming system(to cut side of board)→Blade cutter(with transverse blade cutter to cut board by length)→Stacker→Inspection→Packing
Detail of machines according to above production process
Heat/cooling Mixer:
Material mixer consists of heat mixing barrel (upper)and cooling mixing barrel(lower). The function of mixer is to fully mix material and adjust tempreture of materal to reach the requirement of next processing.
Spring up loader:
Automatic spring up loader springs up the processed material to silo(hopper as shown).
Conical twin-screw extruder:
Function of extruder is to extrude material to mould after treatment (adjust temperature as required)inside screw barrel.
Extruder is the core component determining the quality and capacity of output. With accumulation of experience in design and production for many years, we developed the conical twin-screw extruder. Our extruder embodies the feature of longevity and stable running.
Also we import matched electrical control system from Germany Simens just to guarantee the stable running of line.
T-MOULD:
The function of mould(in T shape) is to shape the material to sheet.
By adjusting the gap of mould lips, we can get thickness of product ranging 3-40mm. The width of output is 1220mm or 970mm.

Calibration platform:
The function of calibration platform is to polish the surface of board.
The surface of board will be smooth and slick after treatment.
Cooling Bracket:
The cooling bracket is to cool down the board from calibration platform
Haul off system:
The haul off system is to haul the line forward.
Side trimming device:
Side trimming device is to trim the side of board.
Blade cutter:
Blade cutter is to cut board in our set length by transverse blade. And stacker follows the cutter to pick the board automatically.
