贮藏与有效期
磁珠液保存在4～8℃，有效期为一年。
使用说明
每个测试5-10μl磁珠液，配合异丙醇使用，所加异丙醇的体积
不小于每个测试中裂解后的总体积的0.6倍。
注意事项
1.每个测试使用前，磁珠需要混合均匀。
2.磁珠和异丙醇的比例可根据实际需要进行调整。

适用于磁珠法基因组dna等的提取，可配合核酸自动提取仪

instructions for use
the usage of magnetic beads normally was 5-10 μl each test,addingoptimal amount of isopropyl alcohol. the adding ofisopropylalcohol’ volume must greater than the whole volumeafterdisintegrate.
note
1: resuspend the beads well by pipetting and vortexing for 1-2minwhen using.
2: under the necessity of experiment, the proportion of beadsandisopropyl alcohol can be changed.
