Product Description
This Rubber Dispersion Kneader(banbury mixer) is mainly used for plasticizing and mixing of natural rubber,synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber and plastics, foaming plastics, and used in mixing of various the degree materials.
Closed plastic mixing machine referred to as rubber kneader machine.
The main component of the rubber kneader machine is the mixing room, also known as the plasticizing room, the upper part is the feeding device, the lower part is the discharging device mouth, and the upper and lower part have a bolt; When the upper and lower top pins are closed, a closed plasticizer is formed.
There is a pair of rotors rotating opposite each other in the plasticator room. The rotors are pear-shaped in cross section and
Z-shaped in longitudinal direction.
The rotor speed is slightly different, and there is a constant speed ratio between the rotors and the rotor and the wall of the plasticator room. The outside wall of the plasticizer has a cooling (heating) jacket to heat and cool the material.

A2: Yes, we can provide the complete solution line to customer according to customer's requirement.
Q3: How about the quality control in your factory?
A3: OULI has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
Q4: Will you offer the pre-sales service?
A4: Yes, we have an experienced pre-sales team to support customers not only including machine, technology also water .electrical, machine layout in factory, etc.
