This product features X, Y, Z three-axis servo direct control in a semi-closed vertical machining center. It boasts three-axis linear ball guides with a wide span and high load capacity, ensuring unparalleled precision and stability. Engineered for heavy-duty performance, it has a compact and well-thought-out structure. The spindle, driven by a servo motor and a timing belt, guarantees seamless operations. The machine adeptly handles the clamping of diverse parts like discs, boards, housings, cams, and molds, all in a single setup. It excels in various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, and rigid tapping.
