Product Introduction
The Turret Milling Machine, alternatively known as the Rocker Arm Milling Machine or Universal Milling Machine, boasts a compact structure, small footprint, and exceptional flexibility. The milling head offers versatile movement, including a 90-degree rotation to either side and a 45-degree front and back rotation, while the rocker arm extends and allows for a full 360-degree rotation in the horizontal plane. These features considerably expand the effective working range of the machine.

Crafted from high-grade cast iron, the body of the Universal Radial Milling Machine ensures high precision and longevity, thanks to an artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform incorporates rectangular guide rails with numerous contact surfaces and rigid feet. Following high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slides are plastinated to deliver exceptional motion accuracy and extended life. The spindle, made from chrome-molybdenum alloy and equipped with precision angular contact bearings, undergoes tempering and fine grinding to offer robust cutting force and high precision.

Constructed with Mihanna cast iron, the casting offers superior rigidity, deformation resistance, and excellent stability.
The main spindle, made from chrome-molybdenum alloy, undergoes tempering, heat treatment, and grinding, combined with precision bearings, ensuring strong cutting force and exceptional precision.
The milling head gearbox, also made of cast iron, provides excellent rigidity, minimal deformation, heavier gravity, and more precise cutting, enhancing the durability of the milling head.
The three-axis screw features screw caps made from advanced phosphor bronze, offering wear resistance and long service life.
After high-wave heat treatment, the XY-axis slide boasts good wear resistance and longer service life. The XY-axis interface, fitted with imported wear-resistant plates, ensures easy operation, low wear rate, and durability.
Equipped with a sophisticated lubrication system, the machine ensures uniform oil distribution across all points, guaranteeing smooth slide operation.
This machine is 100 kg heavier than comparable models, enhancing its stability and performance.
