MTB-2103 Thick Pour Casting Epoxy-2:1-15kgsIt is designed to be poured thick and works amazingly for filling and thick pours on very large voids in raw wood slab tops, such as river tables, side tables, coffee tables, benches, stools, consoles, shelves, omplements,lamps,lights,craft gifts and so on. MTB-2013 Casting resin is unique because normal casting resin can only be poured in thickness of 1/8" per coat but MTB-2103 Casting resin can be poured up to 2"-4" thick depending on the size and mass of your project.

Applications

DIY Crafts&Jewelry: The mixed resin can be readily pigmented by the addition of any resin pigments sold in our online store. It can then be poured into a mould, made of plastic or silicone rubber. Moulding can be carried out by gravity or under vacuum.
River Tables:
Excellent for River,Live-edge& Wood Tables.
Whatever,the emperature should be between 18-25ºC with humidity level below 70%. A 2:1 mix will provide a hard casting suitable for manufacture of fancy shapes, decorative items etc.
Once the resin is mixed and poured into the mould gently pass warm air from a heat gun or hair dryer on slowest speed setting, this will assist in removal of any bubbles generated during mixing.
Color Pigments
At present we have got below color pigments to mix with our MTB-2103,that is: --Mica powder
--Solid color pigments in paste
--Transparent color dye
--Glitter
Adding inks/paints/mica powder/glitter to epoxy resin will change its properties and may reduce its non-toxicity. If you use alcohol inks DO NOT use a flame to remove bubbles, as alcohol is flammable.
