Aluminum ingot continuous casting machine This production line is composed of melting furnace and the holding furnace (prepared by user itself), five-wheel type continuous casting machine , double active traction straightening machine and coding machine , and blank shearer Robot stack system.
>>Main structure is the same as the original equipment, to ensure the overall dimensions and mounting holes interchangeable. It can be precise positioning installed between original equipment and the new one.
>>Both top and bottom cutter shafts adopt double support structure. Bottom cutter assists pedestal connecting with integral base, and front prop of top cutter is supported by cantilever side plate.
>>Cutter plate is equipped with two pieces of shear blades, with all sides of grinding, to improve the degree of finish, and reduce sticky aluminum. It shall spray water for cooling when casting blank shearing.
>>Shearer back end is equipped with active raceway, and speed is faster than cutting speed. It shall
transport finished product out, and prevent casting blanks stack.
>>Speed shall track casting machine motor, and cutting blank length 600-750 mm is precision adjustable
