Main features
Full-automatic gluing machine consists of three sections: vacuum paper feeding section, gluing and folding section and counting, stacking and ejecting section. Digital display control, PLC computer amplitude adjustment, fault alarm display system, to solve the problem of the man-made improper adjustment, more convenient to operate and use. Feeding section Accurate and reliable paper feeding by suction on the leading edge of the belt. Adopting high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, so that the feeder unit can be controlled separately with simple and reliable operation. ·Gluing and folding section The main motor adopts variable frequency speed control system with the advantages of no noise, flexible speed control, and individual fan cooling. Adopt imported high friction belt to convey cardboard,automatic stacking and feeding. Counting,stacking and ejecting section Automatic stacking neatly output cardboard, and the paper pressing distance can be set to ensure that the side pulse of the carton is not easy to pop open. A: We insist only produce high quality machine with best price. We never produce low quality machine with lowest price. 2. Q: We do not know how to operate machine, how to deal?
A. We can send our engineer to your site and do the training for your men. You just only bear the cost for our engineer's air ticket, accommodation, food and transposition in your country.
B. You can send your men to our factory. we will teach them how to operate the machine without training charges.
C. Actually there are another cheap and easy way to choose. Every machine leave our factory with one book of operation manual. You can read through the manual first ,and get familiar with the machine. Then we can get a video call, and teach you on-line how to operate the machine.
3. Q: If the machine has some problems, during we using, how to deal?
A: 12 months for the whole machine. Within 12 months under normal use and maintenance, if something is wrong with the machine, you will get spare part for free.Out of 12 months, you will get spare parts at cost price. You will also get technical support and service all the lifetime.
