Water treatment with SHENZHOU industrial centrifuges The washing water to be recycled flows from the wet preparation into the lamella or oblique clarifier. The sludge deposited there is pumped directly into the decanter centrifuge for sludge dewatering. As the centrifuge can process large quantities, interim storage in a stacking tank is generally not necessary.
The water clarified in the decanter is continuously returned to the fresh water reservoir. The dewatered solid falls into a bunker. A wheel loader or belt conveyor brings it from there to the stockpile.

There are two kinds of lubrication system for specific product models :
A thin oil lubrication

* Oil filter system ensure lubricant's cleanliness;

B grease lubrication
* Adopt a grease with properties of extreme pressure resistance ,oxidation resistance ,abrasion resistance,water scour

10. Main bearing BH device (patent design)
There are two spare safe bearings at either end of main bearing.When machine works well,they keep certain clearance from bearing inside track to chief axis.When unexpected condition occurs,main bearing got damaged or circle center deviation causing an amplitude of vibration reaches to designed clearance,safe bearings begin to work as main bearing Meanwhile,computer automatic control system would get a feedback of abnormal vibration value on bearing position immediately then activates emergency shutdown and goes a smooth shut down.This system protects machine free from damaging and ensure production safety.

Customer benefits Sustainable management with water recycling The treatment of sand and gravel requires a lot of water. Water is a scarce resource in many regions of the world, which makes groundwater extraction increasingly more regulated and expensive. Sand and gravel mills can save further by using recycled water to reduce their need for fresh water, but lagoons are not the most efficient way to recycle. The large water surface of lagoons allows for evaporation of the water being stored there, which must be replaced by fresh water.
SHENZHOU systems drain the sludge from wet treatment very efficiently. The clarified water is available to the washing plant again. Depending on the process, over 90 percent of the process water can be recovered. This means that valuable groundwater hardly needs to be used for cleaning. As it is a closed circuit, no process water is returned to the environment. Settling basins or lagoons for the used washing water are reduced or can be partially omitted.
