This state-of-the-art device is engineered to drill precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously. Boasting 7 CNC axes and a CAD/CAM directly generated processing program, it handles a maximum H-beam section size of 1000×500mm and drills up to a diameter of 33.5mm. The advanced control system integrates a computer numerical control system, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Simply input the workpiece size to automatically generate the machining program, which can be stored, recalled, displayed, and processed by part number at any time.
