Q1. What is your minimum order quantity?
A1: The regular MOQ for all of our Bags is 500pcs (A few need 1000pcs+). If the initial order quantity for your newly developed product cannot meet our MOQ, we can also adjust your initial customized MOQ to 300pcs.
Q2. Are all the pictures on your website in stock?
A2: Most of our products are out of stock, require customized, only a small in stock
So please confirm with us before you order to avoid any unnecessary trouble for you.
Q3. Is it possible to choose styles or colors for the product?
A3: YES. The product can be customized according to your needs, with interchangeable materials and colors, LOGO. We can also control production costs.
Q4. About sampling fee?
A4: It depends on the specific situation, customized cost about 80 to 180us$ each; If order quantity over 1000pcs, the first sampling fee can be refunded
Q5. What is the lead time for sampling and bulk production?
A5: sample production: about 7-10days. There may be corresponding delays if customized materials and accessories are needed.
Bulk orders: about 30 days. (In case of peak sales season, political factors, force majeure, etc., there may be corresponding delays.)
Q6. Shipping?
A6: Our regular cooperation in express delivery and logistics includes air express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., bulk cargo can be shipped by sea.
Q7. After-sales service

We support after-sales service for all non-human quality problems within one month.
