Composite grating floor panels are made from composite material, also known as glass fiber-reinforced plastic. The composite consists of 40-45% resin (commonly polyester and vinyl ester), 35% load-bearing reinforced glass fiber, 20-25% anti-foaming and fire-resistant filler, solidifying agents, mold release agents, and colorants. All components are thermally designed and molded for durability. Composite grating panels come in various colors, mesh sizes, and open mesh spaces. They are lightweight, highly durable, fire-resistant, and have excellent anti-slip and chemical corrosion resistance, making them suitable for diverse applications, even in harsh conditions like acidic or corrosive environments.

Widely used in wastewater treatment plants, chemical industries, marine and offshore platforms, electroplating, acid washing environments, aquaculture, vehicle assembly, drainage systems, swimming pools, food industries, docks, and agriculture (pigeon farming, poultry farming).
Molded FRP GratingMolded grating is manufactured by laying continuous glass fibers in the mold in the direction of vertical and horizontal, and thoroughly wetted out with resin, layer by layer. When the weaving process is completed, the mold is heated to cure the panel. After curing, the panel is ejected from the mold. The standard panel would have meniscus (concave) top surface. Any process such as post applied grit could be bonded after as a secondary operation. This continuous process produces an integral, one-piece panel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.Pultruded FRP GratingPultrusion is a manufacturing process for producing continuous lengths of reinforced polymer structural shapes with constant cross-sections. Raw materials are a liquid resin mixture (containing resin, fillers and specialized additives) and flexible textile reinforcing fibers. The process involves pulling these raw materials (rather than pushing, as is the case in extrusion) through a heated steel forming die using a continuous pulling device. application scenarios

Kindly provide us your requirement details, usually, we provide free sample if we have it in stock. Otherwise, a regular sample could be arranged within 5 to 7 days. A material fee will be charged for fully customized samples. In all this cases, shipping fee is collected.
Q3: What is your lead time? Can we receive the goods on time?
A: That depends on the products you ordered. Usually, it takes 3 to 5 days for FRP sheets and wall panel sheets to be delivered. 3 to 5 weeks for composite boards.
